Stuff We Like # 40 Darwin Waterfront

Toni here for Stuff we Like lucky number 40... My original plan for this post was how much I don't like Freddy... I had so much to do today and then Freddy swooped in on that Facebook messenger she loves so much and told me it was my turn for SWL and then ran away... needless to say she quite quickly went down on my list of friends.

Instead I decided to post about something a little closer to home.

The Darwin Waterfront is a recent development here in the city. It's not finished yet, but I love what they've done so far. I went down there today, sat in one of the cafés this afternoon with my laptop and had the pleasure of reading Angel's Beside the Black Tarn. The view is spectacular and the activities they have on offer for the family are fun and just what's needed here in Darwin.

I love heading down there on the weekend with my daughter, having a swim in the wave pool and stopping in for lunch at one of the many restaurants. Of course my child always wants to stop in for some of the amazing gelato on the way home too.
